About the role

Responsibilities
- Create design assets across platforms, including social media, web, and print, based on project needs.
- Produce motion graphics and animations.
- Design business cards and company profiles.
- Design professional presentations and slide decks.
- Create internal branding assets (wallpapers, mugs, merchandise, etc.).
- Oversee and guide team activities, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Work with various teams to discuss design requirements and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of branding principles and experience in creating designs that align with brand identity.
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics and video content is essential.
- Corporate background is a must.
