About the role

  • Create, manage, and fulfill all creative projects, including print, digital, media, and multimedia assets, ensuring high-quality and on-brand execution.
  • Support the creative process from concept to delivery.
  • Serve as the guardian of the credit union’s brand identity.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP Marketing and marketing team members.
  • Create compelling designs for a variety of mediums, such as brochures, advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, and website visuals.
  • Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide guidance and management of external vendors.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure production quality and deadlines are met.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years in related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Adobe Certified Professional (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is preferred
  • Experience working in the financial services industry or with regulated brands is also preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
