Lead and implement the global marketing strategy for the Animal Health portfolio, with a focus on anesthesia, sedation, and analgesia (ASA) products and brands
Work in partnership with our portfolio medical lead across all activities
Define and align cross-country brand positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional strategies
Drive global brand awareness and develop impactful campaigns for veterinarians and pet owners
Provide marketing tools, training, and support for branded and in-licensed products across markets
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic and regulatory alignment
Monitor market trends, sales performance, and therapy area developments to identify growth opportunities
Manage marketing budget, performance dashboards, and represent the brand at key industry events
Requirements
A degree in Veterinary Medicine
Written and spoken fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Proven experience in global marketing, ideally within the veterinary or animal health sector
Previous experience in a local country role
Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management abilities
Skilled in market analysis, data interpretation, and digital marketing tools
Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
A valid work permit for EU is required
