About the role

  • Manage the setup and execution of marketing automation campaigns
  • Act as the central executional resource for regional marketing managers
  • Build, test, and deploy global/regional campaigns in Pardot (emails, nurtures, landing pages, forms)
  • Maintain and update the Global Marketing Calendar with all corporate and regional campaigns
  • Liaise with RMMs, Product, and RevOps to ensure smooth campaign hand-offs and localisation
  • Run QA across all assets (emails, forms, landing pages) to ensure branding, compliance, and deliverability
  • Track requests, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines while managing multiple campaigns at once

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, preferably Pardot.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing workflows, automation rules, and lead management.
  • Ability to juggle multiple regional requests while ensuring flawless execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable working across time zones and cultures. (English is a must!)
  • Residing in the Netherlands
