Work closely with the Global SL Talent Leader and Directors to contribute at both an operational level to the successful operation of the SL Talent team.
Work alongside the Global SL Talent Leader to ensure requirements, issues and actions raised by senior business leaders are prioritized and addressed by the Global SL Talent team or wider Talent eco-system.
Prepare presentations and reports to support effective engagement with business leadership.
Identify common needs, change initiatives/priorities and areas for improvement.
Support delivery of Talent processes such as: succession planning, employee listening initiatives and reporting (i.e. workforce planning, headcount) for the Talent team.
