About the role

  • General Manager driving growth of non-Amazon DTC e-commerce powerhouse in cosmetics and supplements. Partnering with CEO to own strategies, P&L, and team dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Work arrangement: On site/ Remote/ Hybrid (Travel expenses fully covered)
  • Reports to: Founder/CEO
  • Take full ownership of P&L, Strategy and team forging.
  • Build and scale a non-Amazon DTC powerhouse (via Meta/TikTok).
  • Prior experience with multiple performance marketing channels (Tiktok, Shopify, etc).
  • Manage nutraceuticals/supplement industry business.
  • Treat the business as your own.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling a DTC/E-commerce business (preferably supplements, beauty, or CPG/FMCG) from an early stage to at least $50M+ in Revenue.
  • P&L responsibility and ownership, over everything not just marketing or media.
  • Experience and deep understanding with performance marketing channels (primarily MetaAds) and paid media.
  • Team forging, leadership and management, you will be given freedom to make your teams but also responsibility and ownership over them and their performance metrics.
  • Smart Budget management and resource allocation, you will be the one who scales all those campaigns so wise and strategic spending are imperative.
  • Deep understanding of consumer culture that will serve as a foundation for decision making.
