Responsibilities
Responsible for the high-quality execution of employee training, onboarding sessions, corporate university program, professional development, engagement activities, and People Operations communications
Ensure that learning experiences and communications are delivered consistently, professionally, and in alignment with organizational standards
Translate strategy and program design into reliable, repeatable employee experiences
Facilitate new hire orientation
Coordinate all logistics for orientation, onboarding resources, and training
Collect participant feedback from orientation, onboarding, and training sessions
Execute improvements and adjustments based on feedback
Support execution of Agile Defense University program
Coordinate course schedules and instructor communications
Track participation, completion, and feedback for Corporate University courses
Support operational coordination with identified university partners and external education providers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in training delivery, employee experience, communications, or HR support
Experience facilitating instructor-led training or onboarding sessions
Experience supporting engagement initiatives or internal communications
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Organizational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with learning platforms and training tools
