About the role

  • Employee Growth & Experience Partner at Agile Defense managing training and employee engagement programs. Overseeing onboarding, professional development, and People Operations communications.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the high-quality execution of employee training, onboarding sessions, corporate university program, professional development, engagement activities, and People Operations communications
  • Ensure that learning experiences and communications are delivered consistently, professionally, and in alignment with organizational standards
  • Translate strategy and program design into reliable, repeatable employee experiences
  • Facilitate new hire orientation
  • Coordinate all logistics for orientation, onboarding resources, and training
  • Collect participant feedback from orientation, onboarding, and training sessions
  • Execute improvements and adjustments based on feedback
  • Support execution of Agile Defense University program
  • Coordinate course schedules and instructor communications
  • Track participation, completion, and feedback for Corporate University courses
  • Support operational coordination with identified university partners and external education providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in training delivery, employee experience, communications, or HR support
  • Experience facilitating instructor-led training or onboarding sessions
  • Experience supporting engagement initiatives or internal communications
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with learning platforms and training tools
