Responsibilities
Develop new product strategies, roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and product improvements across business lines aligned with the overall Multi-Site strategy.
Championing Growth with the sales and business development teams, including capturing of new accounts, new geographies
Drive breakthrough initiatives and new product introductions across business lines using structured strategy deployment that provides for commercialization and quick execution.
Deliver on revenue growth, margin expansion, cost control, and aggressive time-to-market commitments toward achievement of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and program commitments.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusiveness, and excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all business operations.
Oversee talent management and development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track progress against strategic goals.
Requirements
8+ years of leadership experience, including managing a business unit or line of business.
10+ years of strategy deployment, operations, business management, sales, or program management experience.
Proven success in strategic planning, operational execution, and financial management.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated startup or new business venture experience where you have built or scaled a business.
Strong business, financial, sales and product marketing acumen particularly in new market spaces.
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage analytical tools (Microsoft Suite/PowerPoint and Excel).
