About the role

  • Lead and manage a team of operators, setting clear objectives and expectations.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to develop team members' skills.
  • Conduct regular 1-to-1s and performance reviews, offering structured feedback and career development guidance.
  • Foster an open, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
  • Act as the main escalation point for operational issues, proactively addressing incidents and seeking continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily execution of content updates, promotions, and product initiatives.
  • Ensure team adherence to quality control processes and governance best practices.
  • Manage and optimize the use of operational tools (IMS, CPP, Prismic, Trello, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless execution of promotions and onsite content, minimizing customer-impacting issues.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Technology, and Risk teams to align operations with strategic objectives.
  • Manage communication with senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely reporting of key operational updates.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize gaming operations.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and execution quality.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards across operational activities.
  • Monitor and enforce risk management procedures, reporting key findings to management.
  • Conduct post-mortem reviews on incidents to drive improvements in operational resilience.
  • Analyze performance data and identify areas for operational improvements.
  • Lead process optimizations, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of operational processes and best practices.
  • Track and report on team performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years experience in an e-commerce environment, not necessarily gaming, as a content, product or operations executive or another similar role.
  • Good understanding of internet technology and devices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience using operational tools such as IMS, CPP, Prismic, Trello, and other content management or CRM systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing team members.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
