Clinic Manager overseeing daily operations and patient care at Medcor's occupational health clinic. Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective clinic workflows and logistics.
About the role
- Manage a portfolio of 150+ donors, foundations, corporations and prospects capable of contributing $5,000 or more
- Develop and implement tailored engagement strategies to secure gifts of $5,000+
- Execute a moves management strategy: research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Identify and engage new major and legacy giving prospects
- Collaborate with Program Development to create compelling funding proposals for foundations and corporations
- Lead the implementation of a planned giving program aligned with fundraising goals
- Maintain strong donor relationships through personalised engagement, events, donor visits and recognition strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (MarCom, Programs) to develop storytelling and impact communications
- Ensure donor data integrity and tracking through Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM systems
- Contribute to design and rollout of Alumni strategy with focus on donor conversion
- Work closely with Fundraising team, Director, Engagement and external consultant (Veritus) to align strategies and leverage networks
- Liaise with other departments and country offices on fundraising initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum five (5) years of professional fundraising experience, with a focus on major gifts and donor relations
- Proven track record of securing major gifts from individuals, corporations, or foundations
- Experience with moves management, donor cultivation, and solicitation strategies
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
- English essential; bilingualism (French & English) considered a strong asset
- Desirable: Knowledge of planned giving and legacy fundraising
- Desirable: Familiarity with international development and the non-profit sector
- Desirable: Experience using Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database systems
- Desirable: French language skills
