Requirements
- Experience working in teams using Agile methodologies and DevOps
- Analysis and understanding of client needs for digital channels
- Elicit, analyze and document business needs, translating them into clear and detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Identify defects and opportunities for process improvement, proposing solutions that support the business plan
- Act as the primary point of contact and facilitator between business teams and the technical team (development, QA, etc.)
- Prepare test case documentation and oversee functional and acceptance testing to ensure the delivered solution meets the defined requirements
- Strong analytical skills to map processes, identify gaps and propose solutions
- Preferred: Knowledge of contact center platforms (Nice, Genesys, Avaya)
