AI/ML Senior Full-Stack Engineer responsible for building AI/ML-enabled applications at score4more. Collaborating in a startup environment and enhancing platform integration and software development.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an AI/ML Senior Full-Stack Engineer to shape our early-stage product and development processes.
You will be responsible for building our AI/ML-enabled platform application front-end and cloud-native backend, incorporating continuous customer feedback, data analysis, and product requirements.
AI/ML development and platform integration: driving embedding of AI/ML models and data analytics into the platform.
Software Development: Build and optimize the front-end and back-end, ensuring seamless user experience and scalability.
DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure setup, and enhance deployment processes.
API & System Design: Develop APIs, create scalable event-driven systems, and integrate third-party services.
Collaboration & Code Quality: Work closely with designers for an intuitive UI, contribute to knowledge sharing, and maintain clean, test-driven code.

Full-Stack Expertise (4+ years): Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript/React for front-end and Python for back-end development.
Data & AI/ML (2+ years): Hands-on experience with Data Analytics, Machine Learning, NLP, and LLMs incl. RAG, Chunking and Finetuning.
Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Scrum/Kanban for efficient project management.
Modern Web Development: Strong understanding of frameworks, libraries, and scalable architectures.
Test-Driven Development: Committed to writing clean, structured, and well-tested code.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Keep up with industry trends, contributes to open-source, and embraces change.
Strong Communication & Teamwork : Works effectively in remote-first, distributed teams with a collaborative mindset.
Start-Up Experience: Experience in early-stage environments, building structures and strategies from scratch.
Language Skills : Excellent English proficiency.
