About the role
- Manage the life cycle and pipeline of the franchise recruitment process
- Utilize internal and external partners, including brokers, operations, and analytics to maximize growth
- Responsible for new unit growth from existing and new franchisees
- Drive growth by managing qualified inbound leads and generating demand through cold calling
- Engage with qualified inbound leads via various modes of contact to move them through the sales process
- Generate new sales leads via cold-calling into target markets and businesses
- Effectively manage a pipeline with multiple contacts
- Meet metrics including daily cold calling targets, defined discovery questions, call performance objectives, and monthly sales quotas
- Collaborate with Franchise Sales team and report on recruitment progress
- Ability for limited travel (about 25%)
Requirements
- Proven track record of franchise sales (home services a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in franchise sales
- Ability to nurture a prospect through a sales cycle
- Demonstrable experience and relationships within broker community (previous experience required)
- Microsoft Office and CRM skills required
- Knowledge of mapping software/territory checks a plus
- Ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Excellent telephone and customer interaction skills
- Ability for limited travel 25%
