About the role
- FP&A Business Partner leading analytics development and financial planning for Client Solutions and Wealth Management. Collaborating with leaders to drive actionable insights and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance, financial results, and key metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to acquire knowledge necessary to build and interpret analytics
- Prepare analytical illustrations for CSWM leaders and business area SMEs
- Continuously improve analytical processes and tools
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience developing and presenting financial and business analytics
- 5+ years’ experience analyzing financial statements and interpreting results
- Experience using data tools (e.g., Excel/Tableau)
- Advanced analytical aptitude
- Experience working across multiple business areas and/or lines of business
- Comfortable transforming a conceptual analytical framework into tangible insights
