About the role
- Founder's Associate Intern supporting the development of a leading e-mobility marketplace in Berlin. Involves strategic collaboration with the CEO and shaping long-term vision for growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary support to the CEO in developing the supply side & demand side of our marketplace.
- Strategize with the CEO on our market approach and customer engagement and execute go-to-market efforts.
- Contribute to shaping the company’s long-term strategic vision, collaborating closely with the C-level to identify new growth and innovation opportunities across all business aspects.
- Assist with operational tasks and provide flexible support across the company, tackling a variety of tasks and urgent projects as needed, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
- Prepare for upcoming fundraising rounds and maintain investor relations.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with key partners at the C-level.
- Gather customer feedback on our products and perform product demonstrations.
- Work on expanding Carovo in the areas of Business Development and Product.
Requirements
- Completed or currently enrolled in business administration, management or a comparable course of study.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- You would like to gain insights into the various areas of a young company and perhaps prepare yourself for founding your own company.
- Interest in sales, or a willingness to master it.
- Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Analytical mindset, well organized and you love automation as much as we do.
- Strong communication & prioritization skills.
