Responsibilities
Regularly inspects the property ensure company standards are being met
Gathers, analyzes and interprets current market and economic trends that may impact the property and implements marketing and leasing strategies
Develops resident retention strategy and maintains by communicating and responding to residents in a timely manner
Manages and coordinates requests for repairs and maintenance
Partners with Regional Manager to create operating income/expense budgets
Prepares related weekly/monthly property operational and financial reports
Hires, trains, supervises, develops, and mentors property staff
Travels up to 100% of the time to other sites as scheduled
Requirements
3-5 years of prior Property Management experience
Ability to regularly travel via automobile and airplane for company required training/business
Intermediate MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
