About the role

  • Regularly inspects the property ensure company standards are being met
  • Gathers, analyzes and interprets current market and economic trends that may impact the property and implements marketing and leasing strategies
  • Develops resident retention strategy and maintains by communicating and responding to residents in a timely manner
  • Manages and coordinates requests for repairs and maintenance
  • Partners with Regional Manager to create operating income/expense budgets
  • Prepares related weekly/monthly property operational and financial reports
  • Hires, trains, supervises, develops, and mentors property staff
  • Travels up to 100% of the time to other sites as scheduled

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of prior Property Management experience
  • Ability to regularly travel via automobile and airplane for company required training/business
  • Intermediate MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customer.
