About the role

  • Support the PMO team with a focus on financial processes, proposing improvements and automations;
  • Monitor the portfolio’s financial controls, incorporating agile practices and data analysis;
  • Update and automate financial metrics, ensuring visibility into portfolio performance;
  • Consolidate and organize control spreadsheets, prepare internal reports, and assist in contract management;
  • Serve as an interface between corporate areas and stakeholders;
  • Develop platforms and tools that automate data collection and the interpretation of results;
  • Support activity planning and KPI management, ensuring quality, cost and schedule delivery;
  • Assist in creating reports that optimize the PMO’s workflow and task organization.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward:
  • Degree programs such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Power BI and data automation tools (e.g., Power Automate);
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and data interpretation;
  • Ability to propose process improvements and optimizations;
  • English – desirable (intermediate level);
  • Spanish – desirable (basic level);
  • Analytical and detail-oriented;
  • Proactive with an interest in innovation and continuous improvement;
  • Organized and with strong communication skills;
  • Committed to results and deadlines.
