About the role

  • Supports the University's Integrated Financial Planning (IFP) process as part of the annual budget and planning cycle
  • Analyzes budgets and tracks variances to projections
  • Prepares and runs existing reports using Excel tools such as pivot tables, v-lookups, and charts
  • Collaborates with various department budget managers and other stakeholders to conduct budget meetings

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
  • Two years of financial, data analysis, and subject matter knowledge OR five years of financial, data analysis and subject matter knowledge with a complex organization
  • A related financial professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) preferred
  • Effective communication skills
