Responsibilities
Serve as a key financial business partner to Integrated Operations leadership.
Act as the primary liaison between Finance and Operations to address queries, provide insights, and influence decisions.
Deliver accurate and timely KPIs to support the company’s operating system.
Lead the annual budgeting process for assigned plants.
Identify operational improvement opportunities and partner with plant teams to drive productivity initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2–7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst; manufacturing experience preferred.
Fluent in English and the local language.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to improve or implement financial or operational processes.
Advanced systems proficiency (ERP/SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Office).
