About the role
- Financial Controller in a consumer finance company managing budget preparation and financial analysis. Responsible for reporting deviations and supporting financial forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of the budget & Business Plans
- Responsible for analyzing the monthly results
- Responsible for the monthly financial forecasts
- Responsible for the preparation and the timely submission of all monthly group reporting
- Responsible on the accurate estimation of the annual results, analysis deviation with Budget and reporting on time any deviation to the management
- Responsible for Opex Budget and ensure that all expenses are according to the Budget
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Forecasting kye group targets
- Evaluate & estimate the profitability based on the commercial policy
- Support the business with ad hoc financial reports and other special projects
- Liaise effectively with internal partners and external clients (Headquarters, Dealers, Financial Auditors)
Requirements
- BSc in Accounting Business Administration or Economics
- At least 7 years of working experience in the field of Finance and specifically on the controlling area
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and especially MS Excel & Power PI
- Very Good knowledge of Greek and English language
- Experience on Banking or Leasing will be additionally appreciated
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Ability to prioritize well, attention to detail, multi-task and meet deadlines
