About the role
- Junior Controller developing and automating controlling and reporting structures for multi-manager business at HIH. Involves monitoring KPIs and optimizing data processes in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
- Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Controlling‑ und Reportingstrukturen für das Dachfondsmanagement (Multi Manager Business)
- Aufbau, Pflege und technische Optimierung von Datenmodellen und Reportingstrecken (z. B. Cashflow‑Reporting, Performance‑Analysen, Forecasting)
- Eigenverantwortliches Controlling eines zugewiesenen Teilportfolios inkl. Monitoring relevanter KPIs und Soll‑/Ist‑Abweichungen
- Pflege, Qualitätskontrolle und laufende Aktualisierung der Datenbanken zu Zielfonds und Fondsmanagern; Sicherstellung konsistenter Datenprozesse
- Entwicklung von Makros und automatisierten Tools in Excel/VBA zur Effizienzsteigerung sowie Unterstützung bei der Harmonisierung von Reporting‑Workflows
- Erstellung standardisierter und ad-hoc Reportings für interne und externe Stakeholder sowie investorenspezifischer Auswertungen
- Aufbereitung von Reportinginhalten und Erstellung von Präsentationen für Gremien, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Ausschreibungen
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Immobilienwirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Datenanalyse oder Finance
- Erste Berufserfahrung im (Immobilien‑)Controlling, Fondscontrolling oder Financial Reporting von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, inklusive sicherem Umgang mit komplexen Modellen sowie VBA‑Skills für Automatisierungen
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Datenstrukturen, Reportingprozesse und quantitative Analysen
- Interesse an Kapitalmarkt- und volkswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen sowie ein gutes Verständnis der Assetklasse Immobilie
- Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen, strukturierter Arbeitsstil, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
