About the role
- Junior Controller responsible for analyzing production costs and developing financial reports within Fuchs Gruppe. Collaborating closely with production and supply chain teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage production costs and perform planned vs. actual variance analyses as a (Junior) Production Controller in our Controlling team
- Prepare and enhance reports, KPIs and dashboards for the production area
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings as well as forecasting and budgeting processes
- Perform cost calculations and assess manufacturing costs taking batch sizes and capacities into account
- Contribute to investment calculations and profitability analyses
- Work closely with Production, Supply Chain and Purchasing departments as well as with the Business Units
- Drive the further development of the systems and reporting tools used
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Controlling, Finance or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in Controlling/Finance, ideally in a manufacturing company, e.g., as a (Junior) Controller, (Senior) Controller, Production Controller, Operations Controller or working student in Controlling
- Very strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of numbers and a structured way of working
- Experience with SAP HANA (modules FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, SD) is an advantage
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, BusinessObjects, Tagetik) is desirable
- Team player with strong communication skills and a high level of self-initiative
