About the role
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency across entities and departments
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and analysis
- Lead forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution
- Oversee internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support audits and coordinate tax planning
- Monitor cash flow and cost control initiatives
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions
- Drive process improvements within ERP systems (NetSuite, Payhawk, Chargebee, Cobase)
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in financial management and reporting
- Hands-on responsibility for reconciling payroll administration with the GL
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and accounting standards
- Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and cash flow processes
- Advanced analytical skills with a strategic mindset
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Payhawk, Chargebee and Cobase
- A proactive, self-starting and problem-solving approach and ability to work independently
- Integrity, reliability and a high level of professionalism
- Fluent in Dutch (required) and English
