About the role

  • Review, report and consolidate Payroll Costs monthly according to the Finance team's needs and deadlines.
  • Settle and improve control processes empowering data accuracy and time efficiency.
  • Help build, re-structure and organize the data and reports needed in the People Controlling team to ensure timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analyses.
  • Provide meaningful insights and support the monthly Global Personnel budget tracking (Actuals vs Budget) and variance analysis.
  • Together with the rest of the team, run the annual Headcount Planning process, as well as monthly Best Estimate activities.
  • Support the implementation of reporting solutions that facilitate the goal of automation and self-service.
  • Support several stakeholders within the Finance and People departments across the company with any ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
  • +4 years’ experience in Finance, Audit or related Controlling fields.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • G Suite expertise (Sheets, Presentations), Office Suite expertise (Excel).
  • Experience in the implementation of projects, processes and procedures.
  • A proven track record, strong business acumen, and an analytical and proactive approach to solving problems and managing data.
  • The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines, with a sense of personal responsibility for delivering high-quality work.
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Hands-on profile and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience with Workday and/or SAP.
  • Spanish language.
