- Supplier and Client Registration: Create and update supplier and client records in the financial system;
- Verification and Entry of Documents: Verify and enter financial documents into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy of information;
- Bank Entries: Make bank entries in the system, maintaining correct transaction records;
- Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and responding to inquiries;
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform periodic bank reconciliations, ensuring consistency between bank statements and the company system;
- Control of Recurring Payments and Receivables: Monitor and control recurring payments and receivables, ensuring timeliness;
- Cash Flow Monitoring: Update and monitor cash flow to support financial planning;
- Payment Receipts: Issue and file payment receipts, ensuring proper documentation of transactions;

Requirements
- University student in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Law;
- Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
