About the role

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Ping Identity’s Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, focused on supporting global marketing teams.
  • Manage marketing expense accrual process and collaborate with marketing to ensure costs are captured accurately.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for all global marketing teams and initiatives.
  • Reconcile budget vs. actuals and provide insights into spending trends.
  • Partner with marketing to measure ROI and financial impact of campaigns and programs.
  • Use Anaplan for reporting, tracking, and analysis to build a single source of truth for marketing financials.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on marketing or commercial teams.
  • A strong accounting foundation, with hands-on experience in managing accruals and expense recognition.
  • Strong experience with budget vs. actual reconciliation, financial reporting and forecasting
  • Direct experience with Anaplan for financial reporting and planning.
  • Expert with Excel and comfortable building robust financial models.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
