About the role
- Finance Manager responsible for financial planning and reporting at Plasma blockchain company. Overseeing treasury operations and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions for crypto and fiat holdings.
Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across all business units. Partner with leadership to align capital allocation with strategic priorities and measure financial performance.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes, reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements for both fiat and crypto holdings. Maintain accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Manage on-chain and off-chain treasury operations, including liquidity planning, wallet management, and transaction reconciliations.
- Collaborate with Plasma’s General Counsel to ensure financial compliance across jurisdictions, including KYC/AML controls, audit readiness, and tax reporting obligations.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years in finance, accounting, or FP&A, ideally within high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto organizations.
- Deep understanding of digital asset accounting, treasury operations, and blockchain fundamentals. Familiar with crypto wallets, exchanges, and on-chain reporting.
- Skilled in financial modeling and analytics.
- Experienced in working alongside Legal and Operations teams to uphold compliance, risk management, and audit standards.
