- Oversee and optimize the company’s working capital performance, focusing on cash flow, liquidity, and operational efficiency
- Drive financial control across key components—accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory
- Serve as a financial co-pilot for NHSc sustainability initiatives
- Transform financial and operational data into actionable insights
- Monitor and analyze working capital performance metrics
- Develop and enforce policies and reporting processes
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Operations
- Identify risks and opportunities in cash flow and working capital
- Lead forecasting and planning for working capital
- Drive system and process improvements across workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools
- Familiarity with working capital management in a manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment is a plus
