About the role

  • Effective planning, coordination, analysis and interpretation of strategic and financial inputs
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders from the sales, logistics & launch management departments
  • Manage the overheads function for Group Parts
  • Compilation of the Group Parts Finance Review deviation analysis and review presentation
  • Ensure consistency of Landed Cost Factors
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Generate finance review information on LCOS (Logistics Cost of Sales)
  • Prepare Parts Obsolescence report and ensure its accuracy
  • Support the Financial Controller in strategic projects
  • Review, recommend and document financial controls of the Group Parts department

Requirements

  • Post Matric qualifications
  • National Diploma / bachelor’s degree in financial management, Accounting or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 3 – 5 Years financial experience in motor or related industry
  • Proficiency with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & SAP
  • Sound understanding of financial principles.
  • Analytically minded with the ability and inclination to work accurately with financial detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
