Responsibilities
Effective planning, coordination, analysis and interpretation of strategic and financial inputs
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders from the sales, logistics & launch management departments
Manage the overheads function for Group Parts
Compilation of the Group Parts Finance Review deviation analysis and review presentation
Ensure consistency of Landed Cost Factors
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Generate finance review information on LCOS (Logistics Cost of Sales)
Prepare Parts Obsolescence report and ensure its accuracy
Support the Financial Controller in strategic projects
Review, recommend and document financial controls of the Group Parts department
Requirements
Post Matric qualifications
National Diploma / bachelor’s degree in financial management, Accounting or equivalent
Must have a minimum of 3 – 5 Years financial experience in motor or related industry
Proficiency with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & SAP
Sound understanding of financial principles.
Analytically minded with the ability and inclination to work accurately with financial detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively at all levels
