Responsibilities
Develop strategies to maintain and grow Customer Accounts
Install, onboard, and train clinic staff on IDEXX products
Identify additional customer needs and present solutions
Assist with critical customer need visits
Provide onsite technical support
Visit customers in the field every day
Manage schedule and travel based on customer needs
Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
Training and/or practice management background strongly preferred
Native Dutch Speaker
Fluent in English
Fluent in French is a plus
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to build strong partnerships
Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
Effective listening skills
Technology proficiency with computers, tablets, and Smartphones
