About the role

  • Field Support Representative developing strategies to support veterinary clinics. Assisting clinics with IDEXX product training and providing onsite technical support for customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to maintain and grow Customer Accounts
  • Install, onboard, and train clinic staff on IDEXX products
  • Identify additional customer needs and present solutions
  • Assist with critical customer need visits
  • Provide onsite technical support
  • Visit customers in the field every day
  • Manage schedule and travel based on customer needs

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
  • Training and/or practice management background strongly preferred
  • Native Dutch Speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in French is a plus
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build strong partnerships
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
  • Effective listening skills
  • Technology proficiency with computers, tablets, and Smartphones
  • Computer networking experience is preferred
