About the role

  • Field Service Technician responsible for the installation and support of security systems for clients. Role includes hardware setup, troubleshooting, and customer assistance in system operations.

Responsibilities

  • Installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware components
  • Fault analysis, troubleshooting and performing repairs
  • Maintenance of customer systems in the areas of time recording and access control
  • Assisting customers during commissioning
  • Supporting our support team
  • Maintaining and updating existing documentation

Requirements

  • Whether you are a career changer, fitter/installer or electrician – the main thing is that you have practical/manual skills
  • You are willing to travel occasionally for installation assignments of 2–3 days
  • Class B driver's license
  • You have good German language skills
