Responsibilities
Independent repair, installation and maintenance of payment and banking systems at our customers' sites
Close collaboration with our product management and support teams
Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality
Installation and configuration of software and hardware according to different migration strategies
Customer briefings and training following new installations
Analysis, resolution and documentation of software and hardware issues
Act as a competent point of contact for our customers and colleagues
Requirements
Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electronics technician for devices and systems or automation technology, IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or comparable training in electromechanics)
Initial experience in field service is desirable
Driving license class B
IT knowledge in operating systems and networks is an advantage
