Responsibilities
Play a critical role in designing and maintaining high-performing, reliable, and secure services that support caregivers and business operations
Leverage deep technical expertise to architect solutions that meet compliance standards and KPIs for quality, cost, and caregiver experience
Analyze service delivery systems and optimize capacity planning
Troubleshoot complex issues and implement permanent fixes
Ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
Participate in disaster recovery, incident response, and continuous monitoring of production environments
Apply best practices, drive process improvements, and utilize data-driven insights
Enable predictable, on-time releases and cost-effective operations
Help deliver resilient, innovative solutions that empower caregivers and enhance service excellence across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
1 or more years of related experience
Some experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
1 or more years of experience in Mobile Device Management (Preferred)
Proven experience administering MDM solutions with a focus on Apple devices (iPhone/iPad) (Preferred)
Strong understanding of iOS/iPadOS configuration, security, and enterprise features (Preferred)
Experience with device provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management (Preferred)
Understanding network requirements for device usage (Preferred)
Experience working with cellular vendors to support cellular devices (Preferred)
Working knowledge of application deployment and mobile security controls (Preferred)
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills (Preferred)
Exposure and experience in report writing and dashboard creation, preferably in PowerBI (Preferred)
Experience managing and supporting telecom billing, specifically for mobile network providers (Preferred)
