Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining equipment at customer sites.
Understand the customer's business and generate service revenue.
Complete all administrative duties within established regulatory requirements.
Perform all related tasks including diagnosing and resolving electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 3+ years of experience in other electromechanical industries.
Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.
Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience.
Must be able to work flexible hours and safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
