About the role

  • Visit people in their homes to carry out vital research that shapes public policy from healthcare to education
  • Use a tablet to guide conversations and collect real insights into daily life in Britain
  • Knock on doors, often unannounced; manage rejections and non-responses
  • Complete interviews and record responses accurately
  • Work independently and self-manage schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Participate in video interview and final role play during hiring process
  • Undergo background checks and DBS check as part of onboarding

Requirements

  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Sole use of a car
  • Class 1 Business Insurance (you’ll need to purchase this)
  • Resilient, confident communicators
  • People who bounce back after rejection
  • Independent, self-motivated workers
  • Comfortable using basic tech (+ home WiFi)
  • Must be able to commit to at least 18 hours a week, including evenings and weekends
  • Complete a DBS check
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Access to a laptop or tablet for training
  • No research experience needed (experience interacting with the public/customers beneficial)
