About the role
- Visit people in their homes to carry out vital research that shapes public policy from healthcare to education
- Use a tablet to guide conversations and collect real insights into daily life in Britain
- Knock on doors, often unannounced; manage rejections and non-responses
- Complete interviews and record responses accurately
- Work independently and self-manage schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Participate in video interview and final role play during hiring process
- Undergo background checks and DBS check as part of onboarding
Requirements
- A valid UK driving licence
- Sole use of a car
- Class 1 Business Insurance (you’ll need to purchase this)
- Resilient, confident communicators
- People who bounce back after rejection
- Independent, self-motivated workers
- Comfortable using basic tech (+ home WiFi)
- Must be able to commit to at least 18 hours a week, including evenings and weekends
- Complete a DBS check
- Right to work in the UK
- Access to a laptop or tablet for training
- No research experience needed (experience interacting with the public/customers beneficial)
