About the role

  • Export Brand Manager responsible for operational marketing excellence across Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Latin America markets. Involved in brand activation and distributor partnership management.

Responsibilities

  • Implement global category marketing strategies in export markets, adapting tools and campaigns to local market dynamics and cultural contexts.
  • Ensure excellence in brand positioning and consistency of the brand’s DNA across all markets and touchpoints.
  • Lead operational marketing activities, including communications, promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for distribution partners in assigned markets.
  • Prepare and execute new product launches.
  • Define and manage marketing budgets in collaboration with regional sales directors.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing roles that require commercial and trade-marketing skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing mechanisms and e-commerce activation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, markets and launches simultaneously.
  • A good understanding of healthcare professional engagement (physicians and pharmacists) is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence external partners.
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential; French, Arabic and Chinese are advantages.
