About the role

- Explore sustainable, context-sensitive, and innovative design solutions as part of our collaborative, multi-disciplinary creative process
- Design, from conceptual through to detailed design and construction documentation
- Lead and develop client relationships, manage client expectations, oversee completion of deliverables
- Provide oversight, management, and execution of construction administration services
- Manage projects and develop client relationships
- Prepare proposals and contribute to market and communications through storytelling and visualizations
- Reinforce our commitment to excellence throughout the design and project delivery process
Requirements
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA)
- Licensed member (or eligible for licensure) of the OALA or other provincial landscape architecture association
- Minimum 7 years of experience in landscape architecture, ideally in a consulting environment
- Exceptional design and technical knowledge
- Accomplished project manager committed to collaborative approaches and high quality outcomes
- Strong electronic drawing and modeling skills (experience with Revit is preferred)
- Involvement with, and contributions to, our local communities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Desire to collaborate in finding creative solutions that are environmentally responsible, technically sound, and promote community wellbeing
