About the role
- Architect planning construction applications and infrastructure projects with emphasis on CAD and legal requirements at SiteLog. Collaborating on applications while ensuring compliance with building regulations.
Responsibilities
- You will take on the architectural planning of container facilities and construction site infrastructure projects
- You will produce the necessary CAD plans and detailed working drawings for our projects
- You will be responsible for preparing and compiling building permit applications, including the required documents and supporting evidence
- You will coordinate and submit building permit applications to the relevant authorities
- You will actively contribute to the further development of our planning standards and approval processes
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture
- Ideally registered on the architects' register or qualified for building submission authorization (Bauvorlageberechtigung)
- Experience preparing building permit applications and working with approval procedures
- Very good knowledge of CAD programs
- Confident handling of building regulations and planning documentation
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
