Responsibilities
Estruturar e gerir o processo comercial (prospecção, qualificação de leads, pipeline, fechamento e pós-venda).
Desenvolver e liderar a equipe de vendas e pré-vendas.
Criar e executar estratégias de crescimento de receita e expansão de mercado.
Conduzir negociações de contratos B2B com empresas de médio e grande porte.
Atuar de forma consultiva, entendendo as dores dos clientes e conectando às soluções em BI e análise de dados.
Reportar resultados e indicadores diretamente à diretoria.
Requirements
Experiência comprovada em vendas B2B e gestão de equipes comerciais.
Histórico em vendas consultiva, tecnologia ou soluções de dados.
Carteira de clientes ativa e relacionamento consolidado com empresas de médio e grande porte será considerado um grande diferencial.
Conhecimento de metodologias de vendas consultivas (ex: SPIN Selling, Solution Selling).
Vivência com CRM, funil de vendas e análise de mercado.
Capacidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento com executivos (gerentes, diretores e C-level).
Perfil estratégico, pró- ativo e orientado a resultados.
Formação superior em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
Inglês intermediário ou avançado será considerado diferencial.
