Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end coordination of interviews for roles across Cloudflare for senior level openings (Director, VP, and above) managing complex schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers, proactively anticipating needs and solving for last-minute changes with agility and professionalism.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a white-glove experience that reflects Cloudflare’s values and culture.
Facilitate on-site interviews, including greeting candidates, preparing interview spaces, and ensuring a welcoming office experience.
Optimize and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and Cloudflare’s careers page. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and attractive to potential candidates.
Champion the candidate experience, continuously seeking ways to raise the bar and ensure every interaction is memorable and inclusive.
Represent Cloudflare’s mission, vision, and values with integrity, and help us attract top-tier executive candidates who are excited to shape the future of cybersecurity.
Requirements
Significant experience (5+ years) coordinating interviews for senior/executive roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
High level of business acumen; able to understand and anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
Proficiency with ATS, scheduling tools, and productivity suites (GSuite, Microsoft Office).
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, solve problems independently, and drive process improvements.
Proficiency in end-to-end travel coordination, including itinerary planning and booking for domestic and international flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience supporting recruiting operations at a technology company, Experience with our tech stack - Greenhouse, G-Suite, Navan, etc., Bachelor’s or MBA Preferred.
