About the role

  • Executive Recruiting Project Coordinator at Cloudflare coordinating senior level interviews and enhancing candidate experience. Leading projects to support executive recruitment for a fast-paced tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end coordination of interviews for roles across Cloudflare for senior level openings (Director, VP, and above) managing complex schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers, proactively anticipating needs and solving for last-minute changes with agility and professionalism.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a white-glove experience that reflects Cloudflare’s values and culture.
  • Facilitate on-site interviews, including greeting candidates, preparing interview spaces, and ensuring a welcoming office experience.
  • Optimize and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and Cloudflare’s careers page. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and attractive to potential candidates.
  • Champion the candidate experience, continuously seeking ways to raise the bar and ensure every interaction is memorable and inclusive.
  • Represent Cloudflare’s mission, vision, and values with integrity, and help us attract top-tier executive candidates who are excited to shape the future of cybersecurity.

Requirements

  • Significant experience (5+ years) coordinating interviews for senior/executive roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • High level of business acumen; able to understand and anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Proficiency with ATS, scheduling tools, and productivity suites (GSuite, Microsoft Office).
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, solve problems independently, and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end travel coordination, including itinerary planning and booking for domestic and international flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience supporting recruiting operations at a technology company, Experience with our tech stack - Greenhouse, G-Suite, Navan, etc., Bachelor’s or MBA Preferred.
