- Manage construction activities required to energize large load projects, coordinating with Power Delivery, Engineering, ISC, and Development.
- Maintain continuous customer interface on construction progress, load planning assumptions, and COD sequencing to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Identify critical-path risks and drive cross-functional mitigation actions to maintain schedule certainty.
- Coordinate construction reporting, progress tracking, and executive updates.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in utility construction management, transmission, or major capital project delivery.
- Demonstrated success coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with long-lead utility equipment procurement preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
