Responsibilities
You lead demanding development projects across all phases: from project initiation, requirements analysis and planning through design and implementation to Go-Live
You take leadership of the cross-functional project team
You are responsible for stakeholder, risk and change management and for communication with multi-site, international teams
You work on exciting, agile projects in a medical environment
You coordinate software and app development with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Product Managers in agile and hybrid projects
You organize, facilitate and document project governance/control meetings and are also responsible for knowledge transfer and project documentation
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline
At least three years of professional experience managing complex projects in a globally operating company
Solid hands-on experience with traditional and agile project management methods such as Scrum and SAFe, as well as tools like Azure DevOps in software development projects
Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high degree of self-motivation
Very good command of English and German; French is a plus
