Responsibilities
- Lead, oversee, and elevate large-scale integrated projects across digital, content, and experiential disciplines.
- Serve as a senior strategic partner to clients, guiding production teams across disciplines.
- Ensure the creative vision is executed seamlessly from concept through delivery.
- Oversee project strategy, manage senior producers, ensure profitability, and nurture both client and internal relationships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in integrated production or similar senior production roles within an agency or studio environment.
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects (web, animation, experiential, and content).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Strong client management experience, with the ability to present, negotiate, and lead at the executive level.
- Deep understanding of the digital production process, including CMS, APIs, and UX/UI best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with large budgets ($500K–$1M+) and multi-phase project delivery.
- Experience mentoring producers and managing teams across multiple time zones and locations.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools, budgeting, and scheduling systems.
- A proactive, calm, and solutions-oriented mindset—able to navigate challenges and maintain composure under pressure.
