About the role

Responsibilities
- End-to-end content production: planning, shooting, and editing video, text, and audio content
- Contractor management: maintaining a database of content creators and coordinating their work across formats
- Video content strategy development: defining themes, formats, and styles aligned with audience needs and product goals
- Planning and organizing shoots
- Ensuring content quality across all stages: pre-production, production, and post-production
- Managing shooting schedules and timelines
- Analyzing content performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, content, and design teams to align with business strategy
- Researching trends and generating innovative content ideas
- Optimizing workflows, documenting processes, and maintaining up-to-date documentation
Requirements
- Experience working with a variety of content formats (video, text, audio)
- Ability to evaluate content performance (including platforms like YouTube, Meta, etc.)
- Experience in analyzing market trends, user behavior, and content performance using relevant tools
- Solid background in content creation
- Hands-on experience in video production and adapting content for different platforms
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Good sense of visual aesthetics and awareness of current content trends
- Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh ideas.
