- Lead strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives within Global Medical Affairs

Requirements
- Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences or related field; business degree or experience preferred
- Extensive experience in technology, digital transformation, or business solutions, ideally in healthcare or life sciences
- Proven leadership in innovation and transformation across global, enterprise-level organizations
- Demonstrated success in delivering AI solutions at scale, preferably through strategic external partnerships
- Strong track record in building high-performing, multidisciplinary teams with executive-level credibility
- Experience managing Agile/SCRUM software development cycles and driving operational efficiency
