Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of marketing strategists, setting clear expectations, fostering professional growth, and promoting diverse perspectives to build a high-performing team
Prioritize product needs and allocate resources for maximum strategic impact, while strengthening cross-functional partnerships
Create a flexible 1–2-year roadmap that evolves with market shifts and business needs, allowing for timely adjustments and strategic pivots
Drive marketing plan development to increase awareness and adoption of PBM products across B2C and B2B audiences, including payors and members
Align marketing initiatives with business priorities and brand strategy, championing a digital-first approach through innovative positioning, compelling narratives, and optimized channel mix
Monitor market trends and anticipate opportunities and risks to enhance performance and exceed organizational goals
Oversee measurement and optimization of marketing programs, using insights to improve campaign effectiveness and secure resources during annual planning
Requirements
15+ years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing
Demonstrated success as a strong leader with a track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams
Prior PBM/healthcare experience (or other complex, regulated industry) strongly preferred
Knowledge of payors/PBM industry, competitive landscape, and market challenges
Knowledge of how to leverage product portfolios, channels, and go-to-market approaches to achieve business results
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Superior relationship management and communication skills
Skilled in inspiring, collaborating with, and influencing business partners
Ability to navigate and succeed in a highly matrixed organization
