About the role
- Event Producer responsible for organizing B2B events in LATAM for a Travel Tech company. Planning webinars, workshops, and managing event logistics.
Responsibilities
- Build the Brazil & LATAM events calendar and set targets for each activity.
- Prepare budgets, manage RFPs, negotiate, and control costs.
- Manage end-to-end production: event agendas, scripts, speakers, rehearsals, set design, and A/V.
- Execute digital and hybrid events, including operating the event platform and the registration flow.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations in Spanish with partners, clients, and suppliers.
- Lead on-site operations on event day, managing risks, compliance, and security.
- Close out post-event activities: NPS, no-shows, results reporting, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Proven experience producing B2B digital and in-person events.
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish.
- Financial planning, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to deliver on time and within budget.
- Excellent organization, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel within Brazil and across Latin America.
