About the role

  • Plan and execute strategic, large-scale events aligned with company objectives.
  • Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships, identifying sponsorship and collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop communication strategies and brand activation for events.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and event regulations.
  • Lead teams and vendors to ensure excellence in event execution.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for complex events, ensuring optimized use of resources.
  • Provide logistical support when necessary to assist owned and sponsored events.
  • Create and monitor KPIs to evaluate the impact and return on investment (ROI) of events.
  • Propose innovations in event formats, including immersive experiences and new technologies.
  • Represent the company at strategic industry events, strengthening networking and brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events, Communications or related fields.
  • Proven experience organizing medium and large-scale events.
  • Project management and strategic event planning skills.
  • Experience negotiating high-value contracts with partners and vendors.
  • Event ROI analysis and success metrics experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting and financial control.
  • Proficiency with advanced event management tools and CRM systems.
