Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • State Bar admission and good standing
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas
  • Resides in state in which licensed to practice law
  • Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable
  • Medicaid planning experience and state reciprocity are pluses
  • Maintains an existing private practice
