About the role
- Intern supporting administrative tasks in the HR department of B&Partners while learning HR management and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Atualizar planilhas e controles administrativos;
- Prestar apoio logístico a eventos internos e integrações;
- Realizar o atendimento a colaboradores e líderes, prestando suporte em dúvidas sobre políticas e processos de RH;
- Organizar documentos de admissão e desligamento;
- Apoiar no levantamento de necessidades de treinamento e desenvolvimento e apoiar na criação dos materiais;
- Acompanhar indicadores de RH (turnover, absenteísmo, headcount, etc.) e auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios e apresentações;
- Dar suporte em processos de avaliação de desempenho e feedback.
Requirements
- Conhecimentos: Pacote Office/Google Workspace, noções básicas de RH e interesse genuíno em aprender sobre gestão de pessoas.
- Habilidades: Organização, atenção a detalhes, clareza na escrita, bom relacionamento interpessoal.
